We develop and operate self-storage properties in Europe

Properties for rent:

To expand our self-storage network, we are looking for rental properties in the DACH region. We are interested in standalone buildings or spaces within existing buildings located on the ground floor or on upper/lower floors with elevator access. The rental space should range between 200 m² and 1,500 m². Locations in cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants are particularly attractive.

Properties for sale:

In addition, we are looking to purchase existing buildings or suitable commercial properties for the construction of new self-storage locations. These properties should range in size from 1,000 m² to 6,000 m². Our focus is on cities in the DACH region with more than 250,000 inhabitants.
