RENTABOX24 is continuously growing – and we are actively seeking new locations to be even closer to our customers. Our goal is to expand into dynamic cities with strong economic development. We focus on locations with a population of at least 30,000 residents. Whether for rent or for purchase, we are looking for properties and plots that perfectly fit our self-storage concept.

Properties for Rent

Cities:

• Minimum population of 30,000 in the DACH region

Property Type:

• Existing standalone buildings or spaces in existing buildings on the ground floor or basement with elevator access

Location:

• High-traffic streets with excellent visibility and street frontage
• Easily accessible, preferably in busy urban areas

Size:

• Gross floor area (GFA) between 200 m² and 1,500 m²

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum floor load capacity: 600 kg/m²
• Ceiling height: At least 2.2 m, ideally higher

Access and Accessibility:

• Separate 24/7 access, preferably with dedicated parking and loading zones near the entrance

Usage Rights:

• Permits for conversion to self-storage use
• Long-term lease agreements are preferred

Cities:

• Minimum population of 250,000 in the DACH region

Property Type:

• Existing buildings or commercial plots for self-storage development

Location:

• High-visibility locations with strong traffic flow
• Proximity to major roads and industrial areas

Size:

• Between 1,000 m² and 6,000 m² of total space

Technical Requirements:

• High floor load capacity (>600 kg/m²)
• Ceiling height: At least 2.5 m

Access and Accessibility:

• Separate 24/7 access, ideally with a dedicated loading zone

Contract Type:

• Purchase of existing properties or undeveloped plots for new development

• 1,000 m² to 5,000 m²

Location:

• Easy access to major roads
• Preferably paved or concreted surfaces for optimal use

• Long-term lease or purchase
