RENTABOX24 is growing – and we are actively looking for new locations to be even closer to our customers. We are expanding into cities that demonstrate dynamic development and have a population of at least 30,000 residents. Here are the specific criteria guiding our search for this expansion at RENTABOX24:

Property Criteria

• Cities: Minimum population of 30,000
• Property Type: Existing buildings
• Location: Preferably on a busy street with street frontage; easily accessible
• Floors: Ground floor or basement with elevator access
• Size: 200 – 1,000 m² Gross Built Area (GBA)
• Minimum Floor Load Capacity: 600 kg/m²
• Ceiling Height: Minimum 220 cm, ideally higher
• Permits: Ability to convert the property into a self-storage facility
• Lease Terms: Preference for long-term rental agreements

Additional Requirements

• Electricity connection
• Heating (desirable but not essential)
• Separate entrance with the ability to operate the building 24/7
• Loading Zone available near the entrance (preferred)

Container Sites

• Cities: Minimum population of 30,000
• Size: 1,000 to 5,000 m²
• Location: Easily accessible, close to main traffic routes, preferably asphalted or concreted
• Lease Terms: Preference for long-term lease agreements
